Stop sugar and cut back on caffeine

HOW can I keep my blood sugar level stable?

Answer from Dr Jacob Teitelbaum, author of Beat Sugar Addiction Now:

The first step is to stop eating sugar and then cut back on your caffeine consumption, which will make any low blood sugar symptoms (such as shakiness and irritability) much worse.

Processed foods that contain white flour also need to be avoided. Whole grains are a much better alternative, though you should try to eat less bread and pasta. Also, don't let yourself get too hungry.
