Questioned over murder of teenager who was stabbed in the neck after being chased by a gang for 300 yards

A CELEBRITY fixer who brokered a bar deal between soccer star Ashley Cole and rapper Jay-Z has been arrested on suspicion of murder, the Sun newspaper reports.

Cops bailed Chris Nathaniel, 39, after quizzing him on the stabbing of Danny O'Shea, 18, in East London.

Nathaniel quit as a director of Man United ace Rio Ferdinand's youth foundation just days before his arrest.

Nathaniel was seized by Murder Squad cops when he landed at Heathrow Airport after a flight from the US.

The entertainment guru — linked with a host of sports idols, showbiz stars and leading politicians — was held with a pal aged 33.

Both were quizzed over the killing of Danny O'Shea, who was stabbed in the neck after being chased by a gang for 300 yards.

The teenager bled to death outside his mum's home in Canning Town, East London.

The Sun reports that Nathaniel, head of the NVA Entertainment Group, has been involved in a host of dazzling deals.

Last year he brokered a multi-million pound tie-up between Jay-Z and Chelsea soccer star Ashley Cole to open a London branch of the US rapper's 40/40 restaurant and bar franchise.

He was also the middleman in a seven-figure book deal for Cole's team-mate, England skipper John Terry — and claims to promote the world's fastest athlete Usain Bolt.

He was a director of football ace Rio Ferdinand's Live The Dream Foundation for disadvantaged youngsters until he quit five days before his arrest.

Nathaniel and his pal were questioned at an East London police station over West Ham fan Danny's murder after their arrest on Monday. They were later freed on bail until March pending further inquiries.
