POLICE yesterday discovered a dagga plantation - with an estimated street value of R3-million - outside Mzimhlophe Hostel in Soweto.
This happened after police stopped a car with two male occupants at a roadblock on a road outside the hostel and found dagga in the vehicle.
The two men then led the police to a 7 km² mielie field in which dagga was also planted.
The suspects are expected to appear in the Orlando Magistrate's Court today on charges of possession of dagga.
