Sowetan, through the Aggrey Klaaste Nation Building Foundation, has teamed up as media partner with the Steve Biko 30th Anniversary and Legacy Reference Committee.
The team is involved in, among other activities, the artistic, academic, intellectual, cultural and sporting events to celebrate and commemorate the legacy of Steve Bantu Biko, the black consciousness movement icon and community development activist, who died on September 12 1977. - Victor Mecoamere
