Milton hails Baroka's ploy

Desperate times call for desperate measures. When Baroka made it 2-2 against Kaizer Chiefs with 10 minutes to go during their weekend clash at Peter Mokaba Stadium, Bakgaga coach Milton Dlamini marvelled at his players' time-delaying tactics.

The home side twice came from behind, through Victor Letsoalo in the first half and substitute Mxolisi Kunene towards the end of the match.

Chiefs first got in front when Mulomowandau Mathoho tapped in early on and Bernard Parker restored their lead just before the break with a penalty, but only to let it slip and settled for a point.

Bottom side Baroka were seemingly wasting time after their second goal with a couple of their players lying down "injured" and in their situation, Dlamini said he was pleased to see them do that.

"There was time wasting [and] maybe I liked it in a way because we are in a very bad situation. We may have conceded another goal. Yes, I am happy with what they did today," he said.

The former Mbombela United assistant coach was also pleased with his charges' fighting spirit to force the draw.
