India bowl South Africa out for 79

South Africa, replying to India’s first innings total of 215, were shot out for 79 before lunch on the second day of the third Test in Nagpur on Wednesday.

Resuming at 11-2, the tourists lost three wickets for one run in the first four overs before being dismissed in 33.1 overs on a turning pitch at the VCA stadium.

Off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin claimed five wickets and left-arm spinner Ravindra Jadeja took four.  India lead the four-match series 1-0 after winning the first Test in Mohali by 108 runs. The rain-hit second game in Bangalore was drawn.
