SIYAVUMA Sports Agency managing director Paul Mitchell, whose company manages Matthew Pattison, yesterday refused to discuss the chances of the Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder at Leeds United.
This is despite impressive form displayed by the 26-year-old in two friendly matches against Newcastle and Glasgow Celtic.
Pattison scored a goal in each game.
The player, who has not been a regular at Sundowns recently, is on trials at the English Championship club and indications are he might join the Yorkshire club.
Mitchell said: "Yes, Pattison did well. but nothing has happened in terms of him joining the club. He went there with the blessings of Sundowns, who I'm currently in talks with regarding his future. I expect to hear from Leeds United next week."
If signed, Pattison - who also played for Newcastle United and Norwich City - will join compatriot Davide Somma at Elland Road.
