Japan starts drugs tests

TOKYO - Japan's pro- fessional golf tour will begin testing players for drugs after Australian golfer Wayne Perske was arrested for suspected cocaine possession last Friday.

Japan golf tour president Tadashi Koizumi says tests for illegal drugs such as marijuana and cocaine will begin at the November 11-14 Taiheiyo Masters.
