U18 rugby's 15 changes

THE SA Under-18 rugby squad that will take on a Namibia XV at Outeniqua Park in George today at 3.25pm is somewhat different to the one that defeated France in East London on Friday, with 15 changes.

The squad is in George taking part in Saru's annual two-week High Performance programme.

The SA side defeated France 25-5 in East London last Friday and will play their final game against the England U-18 in Port Elizabeth on Friday.

The side will feature new combinations in the backline - at centre, half back and the back three.

Border's Siviwe Soyizwapi replaces Craig Barry at fullback, while Boland's Leroy Bitterhout and Blue Bulls flyer Richmond Collins replace Luqmaan Ismail and Tshotsho Mbovane.

William Small-Smith will captain the side.

He and inside centre Patrick Howard will form a new-look midfield combination.
