PEOPLE who cannot walk or can only walk with difficulty, can use a special World Cup shuttle at Cape Town Stadium, the city said yesterday.

The special needs shuttle will be available only to spectators with a wheelchair match ticket, or those with a doctor's certificate confirming their inability to walk 500m.
