ANDRE Thysse wants to fight the winner of the WBC International light heavyweight title fight between Isaac Chilemba and Rupert van Aswegen.
Malawi's Chilemba, whose skills are honed here by Elias Tshabalala, and the Harold Volbrecht-trained Van Aswegen, 33, will fight for the vacant title at Emperors Palace on June 19.
"I dearly want to fight the winner," Thysse said.
"Both of them are very strong but I can handle them. In boxing they say you are as good as your last fight.
"I knocked Emmanuel Duma out in my last fight."
But Thysse, 41, said Volbrecht was against the idea of him fighting.
