A GANG of 10 armed men fled with an undisclosed amount of money after robbing Spar grocery store in Heidelberg yesterday.
Police spokesperson Captain Thivhulawi Tshilate said the men waited for the manager to open the store at about 6am.
"As he opened the shop, the men forced him into an office where the safe was kept," said Tshilate.
They took an undisclosed amount of money from the safe and fled. - Ntwaagae Seleka
