GOLDEN Gloves's boxing tournament tomorrow night promises lots of blood, sweat and tears.

GOLDEN Gloves's boxing tournament tomorrow night promises lots of blood, sweat and tears.

Two IBO titles as well as the unknown IBO Youth belt will be contested in the event that promoter Rodney Bermana has aptly dubbed Triple Thunder.

The main bout between Jared "The Storm" Lovett and Thomas "Tommy Gun" Oosthuizen pits East against South. These big-hitting youngsters, who boast six stoppages from as many fights, will fight for the IBO Youth light heavyweight belt over 10 rounds.

If their verbal sparring during the week is anything to go by then a bloodbath is certain. This is definitely not one for the faint-hearted.

Meanwhile, Simphiwe "V12" Vetyeka should capture the IBO bantamweight title in his battle against Eric "The Maverick" Barcelona of the Philippines.

But the fight fans have eagerly awaited pits Phillip "Time Bomb" Ndou against Lovemore "Black Panther" Ndou for the IBO welterweight belt.

Lovemore gained international fame in 2007 when he controversially inherited the IBF belt relinquished by Ricky Hatton. The diminutive fighter has not been dropped in his 58 fights.

The other Ndou's biggest fight was in 2003 when he unsuccessfully battled Floyd Mayweather for the WBC belt.

Phillip's career was put on the back-burner in 2004 due to a cyst in his brain. He defied the odds, however, and returned to the ring this year, defeating Richard Drilzane in February.

So - powerfully built Lovemore goes up against comeback-kid Phillip.

Can "The Black Panther" withstand the explosion of the "Time Bomb", or will this cat have nine lives? Will "Tommy Gun" weather "The Storm" and will Vetyeka have too much in the tank for Barcelona?

Win or lose, sink or swim, fans will get their money's worth tomorrow night.
