After bombing out of the Nedbank Cup, Winners Park have to win their remaining two games to qualify for the National First Division Platinum playoffs.

The Limpopo outfit take on FC AK at Seshego Stadium on Saturday and the in-form University of Pretoria on May 2 to complete their 2008-2009 campaign.

Winners Park, guided by Innocent Mayoyo, are fourth on the log behind Mpumalanga Black Aces, AmaTuks and Jomo Cosmos.

"We are now going to channel all our energies into the league, the two remaining league games are crucial," said club chairperson Morris Chokoe.

Winners Park were defeated 4-2 by Premiership side Ajax Cape Town on penalties in Seshego on Saturday and have only themselves to blame for the loss.

"We gave away soft goals, but you cannot cry over spilled milk," said Chokoe.
