The outcome of investigations into the illegal dismissal of 15 Prestige Cleaning Services employees in Limpopo has been kept secret despite being concluded three weeks ago.
And the company says it cannot reveal the names of the officials involved in dismissing the workers at Tubatse Ferro Chrome in Burgersfort.
The workers were fired last month, and they took their case to the CCMA without the knowledge of the company's head office. The company promised to investigate following Sowetan's enquiry last month.
"Our employers told us they did not fire us but Tubatse Ferro Chrome was involved in our dismissal," one of the workers said.
