l WHAT THEY SAID:

"I only heard about it today from my grandson. I took some money from my pension to buy these shares," said Constance Mazibuko, of Meadowlands, Soweto.

"It took me three hours to complete the purchase, but I am glad I did. I took an overdraft from my account to buy these shares," said Thuli Khumalo of Dobsonville, Soweto.

"It takes more than 45 minutes for one person to be processed here," said Patience Sibanyoni, of Meadowlands.

"I have not eaten since morning and everything is at a snail's pace here.

"There is no one to explain what you should do," said Elizabeth Mngomezulu.

"We would like an extension," said Marie Forster, of Riverlea in Johannesburg.

"I started in Soweto, it was full so I came to Langlaagte, but it is the same story," said Norman Mokoena.

"People did not know about this thing.

"They should extend the date because we only knew about it very late," said Ronnie Mbatha, also of Meadowlands, Soweto.
