Alleluia Ministries will lead residents in an anti-crime march in Lyndhurst, Johannesburg, on Saturday.
The theme of the march is "Lyndhurst Against Crime."
Convenor Alph Lukau, who leads Alleluia Ministries in Lyndhurst, said the inter-denominational march was taking a stand against crime, abuse and violence.
The organisers hope to rebuild stable and safe communities for all.
"We will meet at Balfour Park shopping centre, march down Johannesburg Road and end up at the church, Lukau said.
"We invite everyone, irrespective of colour, political and or religious allegiance, because this is about something that affects us all."
