Who said exercise should be restricted to gyms or race tracks?

Sports fanatic and gym instructor Mali Ramara says pole dancing is as good as any other exercise, and what's nice about it is that it can be done in the privacy of your bedroom.

1 pineapple, skinned

60ml honey (4 tbsp)

5ml (1 tsp) cinnamon

60ml sugar

Cut pineapple into long wedges and fry in a hot pan with honey until golden, but still firm.

Mix cinnamon and sugar on a flat plate.

Affix the grilled pineapple onto skewers or long sticks and dip one side into the sugar mix.

Serve warm or cold.

If you do not want the sugar, dip the grilled pineapple skewer in yoghurt and feed your partner.
