A battle to dance with ANCYL president, Fikile Mbalula, erupted among Limpopo's gorgeous babes at an exuberant 30th birthday party on Tuesday night.

The party was to celebrate the birthday of managing director of Labelle magazine, Patty Kgobe, at Mawetse Fine Dining in Polokwane.

In spite of the torrential rains that fell throughout the party, revellers continued to dance and sing as if their lives depended on it.

Girls in very revealing dresses seemed to be the only ones invited to the party.

The party started at a pedestrian pace, but changed its complexion after supper when the bar was opened.

Chaos erupted when young girls, who were supposed to serve the guests with drinks and food, started dancing for dear life next to the table where Mbalula and other dignitaries were seated.

Matters came to a head when one of the youngest girls went close to Mbalula's table and showed the crowd what she was made of.

Her mini-dress had a tendency of revealing her soft and fresh hips that left men gasping for more, as she strutted her stuff.

Other girls, who appeared to have a lusty desire to chat with guests at table number one, became seemingly jealous and pulled her off stage.

This was when another girl, known only as Makgomo, jumped onto the stage and started dancing, focusing straight at table number one. However, her dance skills were found wanting in attracting the attention of those seated at the main table.

The glittering and pricy party attracted a number of ANC bigwigs. They included national executive committee members and MEC for economic and development, environment and tourism, Collins Chabane, provincial secretary-general of the ANC, Julia Malema, and chief executive of Limpopo gambling and Casino, Serobi Maja, to mention just a few.
