The bail application yesterday by three of the six people accused of killing Avhatakali Netshisaulu, the son of City Press editor Mathata Tsedu, was postponed to today.

The accused spent less than five minutes in the dock before they were sent back to their cells.

Krugersdorp prosecutor Lebo Sibi was ill and could not proceed with the hearing. Netshisaulu's widow's bail was denied a week ago for the second time. - Mfundekelwa Mkhulisi
