Sinky Mathe, a gospel artist from Mabopane near Pretoria, has been accused by two fellow artists of dishonesty.
Isaiah Matlala claims Mathe stole one of his master tapes and released it as his own work.
Another victim of Mathe's alleged dishonesty is Lucy Thusi from Soweto. She and her Sibiziwe gospel group signed a contract last year, with Sinmo Production, owned by Mathe.
"We haven't seen a cent from all the money that he has made from this album," she said.
"All I want now is the money that is due to me from the sales and the money I spent on promoting the album," she said.
Sakhele Mzalazala, from South African Recording Rights Association, confirmed there were two cases pending against Mathe and his company.
