Unfortunately, because sexual harassment is such a heinous act and because it has been left in the shadows for too long, every claim has to be investigated, including those that are bogus.

But the publicity fallout can harm an innocent man's career.

Please ladies, don't claim sexual harassment unless it is genuine. A woman who charges a man with sexual harassment because she wants revenge is doing a huge disservice to true victims of sexual predators in the workplace.
