IFP to launch provincial manifesto in Gauteng ahead of 2016 Local government elections

Inkatha Freedom Party president, Mangosuthu Buthelezi is expected to address the party’s Gauteng provincial manifesto launch at Huntersfield Stadium, Katlehong in the East Rand on Sunday.

The IFP Gauteng Chairperson, Bonginkosi Dhlamini said: “We are happy, ready and excited about the launch of our manifesto which will present an opportunity for the public to engage and learn more about our strategic plans to respond to their needs. We therefore urge all Gauteng people of goodwill to attend this important occasion.”

In the build up to an election manifesto rally, the President of the IFP Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi and the leadership of the Party will be conducting door-to-door visits in Gauteng on Friday 8 July. They will visit various communities, encouraging people to vote on August 3rd.

On Saturday 9 July, the IFP leadership will continue door-to-door visits, Buthelezi celebrates the 81st birthday of the Dalai Lama with the Office of Tibet in Pretoria.
