Mpho Mokoena scores 100% in all his subjects

UPDATE: Mpho Mokoena is from the matric class of 2014. He did not get 100% on all his subjects as originally reported.

His 2014 matric results are as follow: 89% in Sesotho, 91% in Maths, 82% in English, 95 in Life Orientation, 98% in Geography, 96% in Life Science and 96% in Physical Science. This year, Mokoena will do his second year in medicine at the University of Cape Town.

Meet the genius that reportedly scored 100% in all his seven matric subjects.

Mpho Mokoena placed his school Alafang Secondary School in township Katlehong, East of Johannesburg, on the map after getting seven distinctions.

Mokoena reportedly scored 100% in Maths, Physical Sciences, Geography,  English, Life Orientation, History and Sesotho.

The teenage boy has been trending on social media since the news was revealed.

Matric results will be available on Sowetan LIVE on January 6, 2015.

I don't understand though how one is able to get 100% for languages because of essays, etc.
