An Impala had the worst luck imaginable after it ended up being chased into a dam by wild dogs — only to meet a bunch of angry hippos‚ a hungry crocodile and a fish eagle.
Caught on video at the Transport Dam in the Kruger National Park‚ the Impala’s attempt to escape the wild dogs sees it collide with a grouchy hippo. Barely escaping the hippo’s jaws‚ it ends up getting chased back in the water by the wild dog pack only to find itself in a crocodile’s sights.
Not to be outdone‚ the hippos and even a fish eagle get involved‚ but it was all too late for the Impala.
