Policeman killed at Park Station

A policeman was shot dead while responding to a robbery at Johannesburg's Park Station on Tuesday morning, a spokesman said.

A distraught Major Mack Mngomezulu said he was shot dead at around 5am.

Further details were not immediately available.

Park Station is one of the region's busiest transport hubs.
