Something is wrong with former intelligence minister Ronnie Kasrils, President Jacob Zuma said on Monday.
"Something has gone wrong with Ronnie... Perhaps at some point I will engage with him, but not to the media," he told editors at a briefing in Johannesburg.
"He has had every opportunity to raise matters with the ANC. Why did he not engage with us? He wasn't like that before. I don't know what went wrong with him."
He was reacting to a campaign by Kasrils to get South Africans to spoil their votes or to vote for smaller political parties on May 7.
