It bad if we fall in this trap of being tribalist. Most african state fight because of each tribe undermining the other, Sudan is a good example. We don't have to do that, we are rational human beings. We are all blacks, Africans. It always fascinating to learn other people's language.
Steve Kompela is being praised for knowing most of our official languages, if he was intolerant like some in this bloc he was not going to achieve that. Im really dissappointed in you my fellow black pple busy ingaging in this uncivillised old-fashioned tribalism chants. Thats y other races despice,manipulate and outclass us coz we spent most of our time dwelling on our useless differences like tribe and region instead of uniting and helping one another in pushing the black agenda in all fronts.
To white,indian and asian pple, blacks are lazy, dependent, low selfesteemed and shallow minded pple . To all black intellectuals, we owe it to our illiterate brothers to improve the lives of our kind and solve the poverty problems we face...

How many people are oppressed and suppressed because of certain culture.People misuse culture in misleading others.They can be intrusive,insensitive and remember people are dying out there because of clashes of different cultures and religion.I am not going into details because this can take the whole day .

I am really not too sure what to say.
Given our history from the dark days of apartheid,we were already divided based on ethinicity,colour,race,etc..then post apartheid .we had structures in place like government of national unity,truth and reconcilliation,that were set up to bring about unity.We have 11 official languages..we had that to represent every South African..In order for us to facilitate communication we needed a common ground and english is still the one used globally ,not only in our country.
So it up to us to embrace one another and see ourselves as South Africans,,not black,white,indian or colouredds,
If we look at the european countrie,for e.g say Italy or Poland or whatever.These people they didn't have so many different cultures and languages.They have one language for all unlike in South Africa.So we are a unique country and we need a strong leader with good leadership qualities..very strong to set up a good example like Madiba...who practised what he preached..
