A man has been arrested for allegedly killing his ex-girlfriend at a taxi rank in Pomeroy, KwaZulu-Natal, police said.
The man, 42, was taken into custody on Tuesday after he allegedly stabbed the woman 14 times, in front of their five-year-old daughter, Captain Thulani Ngubane said.
They had an argument over the money he reportedly paid for the 25-year-old woman’s tertiary studies. He would appear in the Pomeroy Magistrate’s Court on Thursday on a charge of murder.
