Dad's sad memories

Itumeleng Lesimola, 39, the father of the five children who were allegedly killed by their mom, says what happened is something he can never forget.

He said he was traumatised and still in the process of healing.

"Has it been one child it would have been better. But now I remember five of them. It's a trauma and a dark cloud I am forced to live with every day," he said.

Lesimola said he wanted to know what could have pushed Siwa to commit such an act.

He said they had a healthy relationship and he never suspected anything of this nature could happen.

He said on the day his children were murdered he had a weird feeling since the morning.

"I normally take them halfway but on that day something kept me from going with them to school. I just felt tired," he said.
