The pair, aged 20 and 23, were taken into custody on Tuesday, Captain Thulani Zwane said. They apparently forced their way into the home of Vincent Mpungose, 40, while he was asleep and shot him in the chest at 9pm on December 22.
"They stole an undisclosed amount of money and three cellphones. Police recovered a cellphone and an unlicensed firearm believed to be the murder weapon. They will appear in court today. - Sapa
