Porn blitz on Facebook

THE world's biggest social network site Facebook has become the target of hackers who have posted pornographic images on users' pages without them knowing about it.

Messages have been circulating warning Facebook users about hackers who have been putting explicit sexual content on the pages of account holders without their knowledge.

The account owner is not able to see the posts but they are visible to their friends and it appears as if they posted the pictures.

Dispatch IT system's administrator Noah Kironde said hackers would use software tools that are easily available on the Internet to gain access to sites.

"It's all about software ... from key loggers to spy ware or even fake websites," he said.
