TWO men, believed to be part of a "bogus policeman" gang, were arrested in Diepsloot yesterday after they were found with bullet proof vests, a torch and boots, police said.
Warrant officer Daniel Mavimbela said the men, aged 24 and 28, were linked to a house robbery and believed to be part of a group of about six bogus policemen.
"According to witnesses, the suspects are said to have conducted bogus raids in Diepsloot," Mavimbela said.
'Bogus cops' held
