Fourth suspect held for murder

A FOURTH man has been arrested in connection with the murder of the Ehlanzeni municipality chief whip Johan Holme Ndlovu

Ndlovu lived in Hluvukani near the Manyeleti Game Reserve and was shot dead in Lephong village a few kilometres from his home.

His body was thrown into the bushes.

Five people were arrested in connection with the murder but two were released after detectives failed to positively link them with the murder.

This left three men to appear before the Mhala magistrate's court on Tuesday last week: Life Khosa, 22, Bongani William Mkansi, 27, and Modi Khoza, 23.

They were remanded in custody pending their next court appearance today, when they are expected to appear with the fourth man, John Ndlovu.

It is not clear whether the two Ndlovus are related.
