"She is a seasoned presenter respected for her fashion style and grace. "I am excited and am looking forward to this. While a lot of people have known me to be presenting shows that are somehow not as serious as this one, the reality of the matter is that I have been quietly been involved in lecturing students about fashion journalism. This new job in a way fits into what I am already doing, being involved in the media and how it changes people's perceptions in society as far as fashion is concerned," Gasa said.
Twala said promised an entertaining show as it will involve interviewing personalities in the media, including journalists and how what they write changes public perceptions about a product or service.
"We are going to look at the role of the media in influencing public choices. So every week, there will be something new, topical and fresh," he said.
Media Matters is on SABC3 at 6.30pm.
