FIVE men were arrested after Warrant Officer Sipho Buti, 41, was killed while responding to a complaint in Reeston, Eastern Cape police said yesterday.
"It is alleged that on arrival at the scene he was attacked by a group of about seven males who were armed with knives," Captain Mluleki Mbi said about the incident, which took place on Monday night in Thembalethu township.
"A total of five suspects aged between 18 and 26 years have been arrested in and around the East London CBD area and Reeston."
