THE defence counsel for murder accused Glenn Agliotti yesterday requested that his bail conditions be changed to remove the house arrest that he is under.
Laurence Hodes SC requested the Johannesburg high court to lift the bail condition as it was not properly enforced and Agliotti had proved he was not going anywhere.
The state opposed the request.
Judge Frans Kgomo said he would make a ruling today.
