The company is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and was formed for the purpose of providing services to Fifa until 2014.
Managing director of WCS Big Five, Christo Maritz, allegedly got unwitting homeowners to register with him to provide accommodation for the World Cup.
He refused to say if he had a relationship with Match allowing him to source and provide accommodation for the World Cup.
