Zille's opposition is moving in the right direction

I would like to commend DA leader Helen Zille's method of leadership as an opposition party leader.

She sometimes uses her senses when dealing with matters of national interest. The fact that she uses her precious time to meet the president and ministers to discuss important national issues such as the electricity crisis, disbandment of the Scorpions and the Jackie Selebi issue is commendable.

That shows that the opposition is moving in the right direction. It beats running to the media and misinterpreting the facts.

I hope Bantu Holomisa and Patricia de Lille will stop their foolish publicity stunts and follow the right direction too.

This country needs a focused opposition. Holomisa and De Lille must focus more on growing their ailing parties and stop being dictators to their colleagues.

Having said the above about Zille, she must also stop concentrating too much on the internal affairs of the ANC and focus on the growth of the opposition, unless she is considering joining the majority party and serve under the people's president Jacob Zuma.
