SOWETAN COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sowetan’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• All information relating to the competition and published on any promotional material will form part of the terms and conditions of entry.
• Judges decision is final.
• Neither Sowetan or any of its sponsors, affiliates and agencies, nor their employees accepts any liability for any oversight, ambiguity, error or omission, whether negligent or otherwise which any of its employees, agents affiliates or sponsors may commit in the running of the competition and the awarding of the prizes, injuries, losses or damage sustained as a result of other use of the prize or participation in the competition.
• Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable or redeemable for cash. Readers may enter as many times as they would like.
• Only original entries allowed – no photocopies.
• No late entries will be accepted.
• No persons under the age of 18 may be allowed to enter.
• Winners will be notified telephonically.
• Winner’s name will be published in Sowetan. Prizes not collected/claimed within 30 days of being notified will be disposed of at Sowetan’s discretion.
• Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above will result in the immediate disqualification of the transgressor.
• Sowetan and/or their sponsor from the competition that the details have been obtained may use winners details for marketing purposes.
• SMS entries are charged at R1.50 and are restricted to cell phone entries only.
