Peace, love, unity among Africans

RAPHAEL Ogbuagu is a proud Nigerian, who has fallen in love with South Africa and is part of a unity brotherhood and goodwill crusade to show that there are some, among his brethren in South Africa, who are not 419 scam artists, drug dealers or involved in all other nefarious schemes.

The book tells of Ogbuagu's formative years in his motherland, first as an aspirant soccer superstar who got sidetracked into a business career, whereas he had wished to become a communicator, either as a journalist or novelist.

Then he makes mention of his coaches and idols, who had helped bring stability to his life.

Ogbuagu has also packed the book with affirmations or powerful or uplifting positive quotes from a wide range of world leaders and ordinary people who are his Facebook friends. He talks of his deep love for Nigeria, and how much he abhors the corruption, selfishness and the hardheartedness of his countrymen occupying powerful positions; as well as how much he continues to pray for peace, love, unity and brotherhood in Nigeria and all the other strife-torn, impoverished and divided countries in Africa.

He wishes that peace and freedom-loving Africans could pause and look at the magnanimity of people, including former president Nelson Mandela, and put the well-being of others before self, for happiness is best achieved when we are each other's guardian angels.
