1. Love - this is some of what i do, hpe they will help you. I try to sleep on my stomach, difficult at first but it helps and you get used to it and you can also try to tie your stomach with a towel or bandage or something when you are just around the house.
2. Try to sqaud as an excircise - that will work on your stomach
3. Stay away from Papa, Phuthu, Chips, Vetkoek and all sorts of junk etc
4. Stay away from alcohol.

I have checked with alomost every daily newspaper that i can think of and i haven't seen my poicture. I didn't check the low lives of daily sun and all that and hopefully i am not there.

@Sowetan - you stole my opportunity of getting into the spot light - what happend, please i am begging you...please check with all your journos. I didn't even take the name of the journos because i thought it's pointless mara i can describe him: HE was a guy wearing spectacles with slimfit Red and Yellow JACKET which looks like he was the model for Nicknacks, he had skilog eyes, ka melomo ya go repha le mazinyo a mantšhi - his mouth was just full of teeth and he looked a bit like a danda head houtkop (excuse me). He wa wearing white sHOE*S whick looks like Prada design but i doubt if your journos can affort Prada's. He looked like he was smiling but he wasn't - it's just his extra teeth that makes him look a bit like smiley(sheep head).
