Tell us where you're from in Klerksdorp.
I was born and bred in a township called Khuma in Stilfontein.
What do you like about Klerksdorp?
What I like about it is that it's my home and the peace that I have when I'm there. When I have had it with the craziness of Jo'burg, I know I can go home and relax and recharge.
What are your favourite restaurants in Klerksdorp and why?
My favourite is Spur.
I love my ribs and that's where I get to chill and catch up with my homeboys - and - girls and, yes, I like it because the food is delicious and affordable!
What's your favourite nightspot in Klerksdorp and why?
It's Goodfellas! I like it because it brings back good memories. When I was growing up it was so exclusive.
Where do you shop when you're there and why?
I never really shop in Klerksdorp. They don't have any interesting clothing shops that carry my style - and that's the truth.
Your favourite hotel or B&B in Klerksdorp and why:
When I visit Klerksdorp, I stay at home even when I'm booked to perform. But I'd say Protea Hotel is my favourite.
What makes Klerksdorp great?
It's the people who come from there. They are extremely talented. Think Bucie, Malaika, Phil Masinga, Jaziel Brothers, the list goes on and on.
Where do you chill with your friends when in Klerksdorp?
We have a nice park in Khuma. We chill there with our camp chairs and umbrellas, we comes with meat and drinks and braai - the kasi style.
What's your favourite shisanyama in Klerksdorp?
Ko Mansekeng Night Club. On Fridays and Saturdays the place is converted to a nice chilled shisanyama. You meet the hottest people and enjoy good music and they sell fresh meat.
What's your favourite place to go for a quiet meal with your family:
My uncle's house in Welkoppies. We all go there and cook and just have fun as a family and bond.
