Donald's six pack wows ladies at The Rhythm Fest

He first took off his jacket, then his shirt and just when the audience thought he was done, Donald Moatshe's vest was up in the air during his performance at The Rhythm Festival on Saturday.

The 'Over The Moon' and 'The Love I Deserve' hitmaker surprised the over 4000 fans with a performance during Dj Tira's set at The Rhythm Festival in Bloemfontein.

His half naked performance left a lot of guys single for about 7 minutes as their ladies rushed to the front of the stage to get a glimpse of Donald's six packs.

"I've gotten to a point in my career where my fans want a piece of everything with regards to me. So I have to share that with them and now they expect it to happen so it puts a lot of pressure on me to go to the gym to make sure I'm in shape at all times," said Donald who added that his Bloemfontein fans always show him love.

"The nice thing about all of this is that it was an impromptu performance. They were not expecting to see me," he added.

The Rhythm Festival had one of the best line-ups in Bloemfontein during the Macufe Festival weekend.

The event, organised by Dj Christos had a star studded presence from Black Coffee, Culoe de Song, Monique Bingham, Portia Monique, Ralf Gum, Vinny Da Vinci, Molemi and more.

Crowd sang along to all Monique Bingham's songs as she performed barefoot. Her new song with Ralf Gum 'Pap' received a lot of attention as fans were even calling for it as she was performing her other songs.

Black Coffee and Shimza's performance that closed off the event was one of the duo's best live performances Bloemfontein fans have ever seen.

The two did not only play back-to-back tracks, they spontaneously stopped the music and made up beats with just effects. The screams from their fans were more than one could bear.

"I always have fun when I play. We try to make sure that we bring the best out of our performance and entertain the crowd more than pleasing the dj's," said Dj Shimza.

Asked about his one on one performance with Black Coffee and the preparations they put into it, Shimza revealed that they never sit down and plan on what and how they will play when they climb the stage.

"We don't really plan, that's just stuff that comes up when we play together. It is just creativity taking its part," he said.
