Cuba Gooding Jr finds buyer for $729,000 mansion

Cuba Gooding Jr. has found a buyer for his Malibu mansion just three weeks after putting the posh pad on the market for a staggering sum of $729,000.

The 45-year-old actor - who already owns a Los Angeles home situated in the classy area of Pacific Palisades, California - put his posh Northridge house in California up for sale for a hefty sum of $729,000 but after just three weeks on the market, the star has already found somebody to take the property off his hands.

The pad was bought by Cuba in 1999 - just three years after he shot to fame following his role in Tom Cruise's drama 'Jerry Maguire'- and is complete with five large bedrooms, three bathrooms and an attached garage, which can occupy up to three cars. The front garden has a tropical feel to it with over-sized trees and a mixture of shrubs, whilst the back garden comes with a pool, a concrete patio area and boasts stunning views of the hillsides.

The inside has the interior of honey-hued hardwood floors and a stunning fireplace in the living room, as well as a spacious dining area. However, despite the generous space, the house - which is situated in a cul-de-sac - will need some tender loving care from the new owners and a slight refurbishment to bring it up to pristine condition.
