Ashley Tisdale has been granted a permanent restraining order against her alleged stalker Nicholas Fiore, who must have no contact with her for three years.

The 'High School Musical' actress is relieved after a judge approved a three-year restraining order against 21-year-old Nicholas Fiore ending her frightening ordeal at the hands of an obsessive fan, who she claims has ''mentally and psychologically harmed'' her with his harassment.

Nicholas has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the actress and her boyfriend Chris French and must not make any contact with her through social media. Following the news, a jubilant Ashley wrote on Twitter: ''Today is a great day. I am so blessed to have such amazing fans.

You guys always look out for me and are so supportive through everything. I love you all #grateful (sic)'' The 27-year-old star was granted a temporary restraining order against Nicholas last month, claiming she feared for her safety after the crazed fan showed up at her house posing as a delivery man and sent her tweets with song lyrics referencing guns and violence.

She said in court documents: ''I have been mentally and psychologically harmed because of the harassment because I constantly fear for my safety and the safety of my boyfriend.'' The alleged stalker was arrested on May 31 after violating his temporary restraining order by again sending messages to the former Disney star on Twitter.
