Justin Bieber receives Wembley Way Stone

Justin Bieber has been welcomed onto the Wembley Way walk of fame with an award for the loudest scream at his Capital FM Summertime Ball performance last year.

The controversial pop star will be inducted into the UK's answer to the Hollywood Walk of Fame after raising the roof of the London stadium and causing the loudest scream at last summer's Capital FM Summertime Ball.

The Canadian singer gushed: "Thank you to Wembley Stadium for presenting me with my official Wembley Way Stone! Such an honour to be part of Wembley history, and thank you to my amazing UK Beliebers for helping me put on an incredible show last year!"

Justin, 19, follows in Coldplay's footsteps as the band received a stone after being voted the recipients of Wembley Stadium's Greatest Moment of the Year for 2012 for the same event.

Roger Maslin, Wembley Stadium's managing director, said: "Wembley Stadium has seen its fair share of great moments over the years.

"It is a great pleasure to award Justin with a Wembley Stone for a truly great performance."

This comes after the teen superstar caused chaos at London's O2 arena on Monday night (04.03.13), arriving two hours late and disappointing 20,000 of his young fans, many of whom had to leave early in floods of tears since the concert finished at 11.30pm on a school night.

The 'All Around The World' hitmaker was reportedly overheard ranting: "It's my gig, I'll go out when I want" to his management and family" backstage to his management and family members.
