Melanie Brown was snapped with her daughter Madison Belafonte arriving at Sunrise studio in Sydney, Australia. 

Madison looked adorable in her Mamas & Papas Jaquard Dress as she accompanied her mom on a business meeting, says BlackCelebKids.com.

Mel B gave birth to her newest little girl on 1 September 2011.

She is also mom to a teen, Phoenix, who's dad is her ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar, and Angel, who is Eddie Murphy's child.

Madison's papa is Stephen Belafonte, a film producer.
