The British singer - who split from his model wife Heidi Klum earlier this year after seven years of marriage - is reportedly purchasing a state-of-the-art mansion in Los Angeles for $6 million.
Sources close to the 'Kiss From A Rose' singer told gossip website TMZ.com that he has formally submitted an offer for a 5,500 square foot home in Brentwood, which came on the market just 18 days ago.
The 49-year-old is said to have visited the property three times over the past week before deciding to put in an offer for the 4-bedroom home.
The three-level home boasts 5.5 bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, several fireplaces, a cinema, a gym and two large kitchens.
Seal confirmed they he was separating from the German supermodel last January.
The couple - who raise four children, Leni, seven, Henry, six, Johan, five, and two-year-old Lou, together - said they had simply "grown apart".
He has since been spotted with mystery brunette woman, while Heidi has moved on with her bodyguard Martin Kirsten.
