Angelina Jolie helps children send letters to Santa Claus

This happened in a small English village where the children were said to be polite but excited.

The Jolie-Pitt brood -- Maddox, 11, Pax, eight, Zahara, seven, Shiloh, six, and four-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne -- were spotted making an exciting trip with 'The Tourist' actress to Littlebourne, in Kent, England on Friday (09.11.12) to send off their handwritten wish-lists.

Post Office assistant Fiona Lindsay told People.com: "It was so cute. All the children sent messages to Father Christmas and were absolutely beautifully behaved.

"Just like any other kids in a sweet shop they were excited, but Angelina controlled them perfectly. [Jolie] was so polite and a really nice person. I was quite shocked at first but Angelina was so lovely I soon relaxed.

"The children bought a packet of sweets each, plus a few toys and some magazines, and we ended up having a general chat about how they all were and what they were going to eat that night.

"It was lovely. They were all very polite. They were just a bunch of gorgeous, happy kids."

The family were said to have been staying in a luxury converted barn for a week called 'The Treasury' in the rural village Ickham while Brad, 48, filmed his new movie 'World War Z' nearby, which is a zombie thriller.

Insiders say that the famous family - who have now left the area - seemed to enjoy their time in the countryside and were spotted visiting Howletts Wild Animal Park and Waterstones bookshop in Canterbury.

Brad was also seen taking Maddox to see the new James Bond movie 'Skyfall' at the Vue Cinema in Broadstairs and also enjoyed a quiet drink in a local pub.
